Hermes House Band and Xplo: Our Story
The Hermes House Band rose to fame in 1994 in both the Netherlands and Belgium, with their cover of Gloria Gaynor's hit single, "I Will Survive”. The breakthrough and success of “I Will Survive” led to the band scoring hits in other European countries too. In the following years, Hermes House Band focused on their international career, releasing singles and albums that went on to become global hits. They collaborated with the likes of DJ Ötzi, Tony Christie, Jürgen Drews and Lou Bega. Thirty years after their formation, Hermes House Band recordings are still riding high on playlists, at summer festivals, après-ski parties and stadiums around the world. Recently they even reached 100 million streams on Spotify.
Xplo has been with Hermes House Band from the beginning as their management and booking agent, and we have gained worldwide success together. Thirty years in the entertainment industry has given Xplo a wealth of experience, which we share with other bands who partner with us. Since launching Xplo Bookings in 2006, we have been providing our services to many party bands, working intensively with clients such as booking agents, event organisers, TV stations and radio stations all over Europe.
